Seven to nine-year olds are what most people consider "the golden age." 

Our Demonstration Team (or Demo for short) is one of the most exciting groups. We train in advanced kicks, weapons, and more. 

Five and six-year-olds are the most enthusiastic students. They love creativity and problem solving, which makes them ideal students in the martial arts. 

Ten to 14 year old's are more physicals developed, and are ready for more difficult challenges.
